These one-hour sessions help you prepare for childbirth by discussing your birth plan, answering questions, and addressing your concerns.
In-person labor & delivery support
Your doula will be by your side to provide continuous care during one of the most important moments of your life.
Two virtual postpartum visits
After delivery, your doula will provide two one-hour sessions to help with postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and adjusting to life with your newborn.

2. Intro call with your doula

You’ll be matched with a doula for a brief intro call. During this call, you and your doula will get to know each other, discuss your preferences, and ensure your birth plan is fully supported.

3. Payment and enrollment

After the intro call, you’ll receive a link to complete your payment via our secure portal. You’ll have the option to pay in full or split the payment into manageable installments. Once your payment is complete, you will be connected with your doula to begin receiving support.

FAQs

How can a doula help me during my pregnancy?

A virtual doula provides emotional, informational, and physical support advice. You’ll meet through a secure video chat and be able to text as well. Your doula can help with pregnancy questions, birth planning, pain management techniques, as well as postpartum care best practices, all from the comfort of your home.

Do I need any special equipment for virtual doula sessions?

No special equipment is needed. You can join your virtual doula sessions right from your phone!

Can I choose the same doula for all my sessions?

Yes, you will be paired with the perfect doula for your needs and work together throughout your pregnancy and postpartum for all of your sessions. We’ve found this builds trust and creates the best experience for our members.

Is there a limit to how many appointments I can have?

In addition to supporting you through labor and delivery, your doula will be available for 2 visits during pregnancy and 2 visits after delivery. You can schedule these sessions at any time during your pregnancy and after delivery.

Are my sessions with my doula confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy and safety are our top priorities. All sessions with your doula are confidential, providing a safe space for you to discuss your needs and concerns.
