Can I choose the same doula for all my sessions?
Yes, you have the option to choose the same doula for all your sessions to ensure comfort and a consistent support experience.
How do I schedule a session with a doula?
Simply text Quartz to 844-716-2567. We'll text you a form to fill out and match you with a doula!
Is there a limit to how many sessions I can have?
Eligible Quartz members can have 3 prenatal and 3 postpartum doula care visits at no cost. You can schedule these sessions at any time during your pregnancy and postpartum period.
Are the calls with doulas confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy and safety are our top priorities. All calls with doulas are confidential, providing a safe space for you to discuss your needs and concerns.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please communicate with your doula to let them know.
How can I opt out of text messages?
Your doula will be communicating with you to set up appointments and provide important information via texts. If you wish to opt out of communications and discontinue care, please let your doula know.
